Monte is a business owner and Human Resources Consultant. Monte and his wife Lorraine have lived in the Atlanta area for 9 years and are originally from Wisconsin. They have two children, daughter Dhani (24 years old), and Charles (16 years old).

Monte has over 25 years of HR experience, mainly with Fortune 500 companies in manufacturing and distribution sectors. Monte’s expertise areas are employee relations, talent management, and training and development. Two of Monte’s significant past responsibilities were establishing a new location in Singapore, and HR leadership for a large company acquisition.
