Blair has over 13 years of experience in HR and an MS in Industrial Relations (HR Management). Prior to HR Consulting, Blair worked for over 8 years for a Home Improvement company, starting in their entry level HR role, and growing into the HR department lead on the executive leadership team. Blair loves to go crabbing during the summer with her family.
