Sandy Milton is an experienced HR Consultant with a passion for assisting companies with HR Compliance, building solid HR Policies, and providing both management and employee training to drive employee engagement and retention. Most of Sandy’s experience has been in small to medium-sized businesses.

Sandy is an HR Professional with over 40 years of Human Resources Leadership experience in a variety of global and multi-state operations, including Advertising, Food Manufacturing and Catering, High Tech, Insurance and Healthcare. Sandy has been on the Board of the Allatoona SHRM Chapter for the past 11 years and is proud that as President of the Chapter they were named the Georgia Chapter of the Year (2025) and received the SHRM National Impact Award (2025).
