Ruby brings 30+ years of human resources expertise in Recruiting & Selection, Employee Relations, Career Coaching, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Performance Management, Leader Training & Coaching, and Employee Engagement. While at Rollins, Inc. Ruby received the President’s Award for her accomplishments as an HR Business Partner and for the launch of the company’s first Diversity Strategy. She also received the 2022 Impact Award from the National Pest Management Association (NMPA) and serves as Chairperson of the Board of Directors for Excell Preparatory Center, a daycare in Lithonia, GA.
