Lacey researches HR trends and best practices, supports client projects, creates training materials, conducts data analysis, prepares reports, and assists with recruitment and onboarding. Lacey earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and sociology at Auburn University where she will persue her Master of Science degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology within the next year.
While at Auburn, Lacey was a Peer Instructor for a first-year student Success Strategies course, and she is currently a Research Assistant in an I-O psychology lab, the EMPOWER Lab, where they research various aspects of occupational well-being, equity, and resilience.
Outside of her educational and professional pursuits, Lacey enjoys reading and spending time friends and her fluffy Persian cat named Binx.
