Johnny brings nearly 45 years of management experience, spanning frontline supervision through executive leadership positions across regions from the West Coast to the East and the South to the North. He has managed union and non-union labor in both for-profit and nonprofit environments, built teams at multiple levels of management, and started and sold his own logistics business — experience that gives him a well-rounded perspective on organizational challenges. His background includes director-level roles across personnel, finance, business, logistics, and HR, senior executive experience with a Fortune 100 international corporation, and operational leadership as a manufacturing plant manager, distribution center manager, and supply chain manager. Having served as liaison and spokesperson for a range of business entities, he is well suited to identify, develop, and cultivate new business opportunities on behalf of HRKS, diagnosing systemic challenges and responding with customized solutions that close gaps and shift mindsets. Johnny holds a Master of Science from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Business from Memphis State University, and is an ordained minister through Pistis School of Ministry.
