Sharita is an HR executive with more than 15 years of experience in change management, employee engagement, executive coaching, and facilitation across a range of industries, including union facilities, where she is known for using a consultative approach to influence leadership on the rollout of new programs. Whether subcontracting with major firms or working directly with corporate clients, she has managed full-cycle transition projects, led teams of consultants, and designed and delivered customized training programs that meet each client exactly where they are. Sharita holds an MS in Human Resources Development and a BS in Business Administration, along with certifications in Birkman, DiSC, and Myers-Briggs assessments; Certified Leadership Coach (CLC) and Registered Corporate Coach (RCC) credentials; and PHR, SHRM-CP, AIRS, and Targeted Selection certifications.
