Tani is a senior People & Culture executive with more than 30 years of experience across government contracting, aerospace, defense, technology, and private-equity-backed environments, bringing an executive operator’s lens to people strategy and helping organizations build the structure, leadership practices, and workforce systems required to scale with discipline. She has led enterprise HR strategy through rapid growth, acquisitions, integrations, and organizational transformation. At Aeyon, she helped build the people infrastructure that supported growth from roughly 70 employees to more than 700, integrated multiple acquisitions, consolidated HR and benefits platforms, and positioned the organization for a successful strategic acquisition. Her expertise spans enterprise people strategy and organizational design, M&A integration and change leadership, HR operations, technology and compliance, talent strategy, leadership development and performance management, and GovCon workforce strategy including SCA compliance and multi-state HR. She holds the SHRM-SCP and HRCI CCP certifications, completed executive education at Wharton, earned the SHRM Veterans at Work Certificate, and was a 2022 Washington Exec Pinnacle Awards nominee for HR Executive of the Year, Private Company.
