Tamiko is a seasoned HR and organizational strategist whose experience spans human resources, organizational leadership, communications, training, and business strategy, bringing a practical, business-minded and people-centered approach to helping leaders navigate workplace challenges while keeping both organizational priorities and the employee experience in view. Her HR career has spanned healthcare, municipal and city government, and the professional employer organization (PEO) environment, including ADP TotalSource, with work encompassing employee relations, HR business partnership, workplace culture and employee experience, leadership and workforce development, organizational effectiveness, and training and facilitation. Early roles leading and developing employees through interviewing, onboarding, and customer service training, along with exposure to payroll operations, shaped her broad functional foundation. She considers the people, leadership, communication, and business environment surrounding a challenge rather than viewing it through a single functional lens. As CEO and Principal Consultant of Lotus Consulting & Marketing, she continues to bring these disciplines together in her work with leaders and organizations. Tamiko holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management with concentrations in Human Resources Management and Marketing, graduating magna cum laude. She is a Certified Facilitator and holds a Google AI Professional Certificate.
