LaShunda Green is a Senior HR Consultant with more than 20 years of corporate Human Resources experience across a variety of industries, including retail, manufacturing, education, hospitality, and most recently the technology sector. She partners with organizations to design and implement practical, scalable HR systems that support organizational growth and equip leaders to confidently navigate complex people challenges confidently.

Throughout her career, LaShunda has led global People Operations teams for more than a decade, bringing deep expertise in HR operations, service delivery models, policy development, and leave and accommodations management. She also has extensive experience with HR technology, including implementing ServiceNow and Jira case management platforms and serving as a subject matter expert on multiple HRIS implementations. Her work focuses on helping organizations build efficient systems and processes that enhance both the employee experience and the effectiveness of HR teams.
